Shipping policy

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and every day we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers worldwide. We're improving our delivery process to make your package even safer!

Order Processing and Shipping Times
All our orders are processed and shipped out within 7-12 days.
After the order is shipped out you should receive an email notification and be able to track your order once it has been received by the local carrier.

Note:
1) Shipping time does not include the 1-3 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

 

Lost/Missing Packages
We are not responsible if an incorrect address is entered during the checkout procedure. Please double-check your billing and shipping addresses before submitting your purchase. If we made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no cost.

Customs
Once the products are shipped, we are not liable for any customs costs. By ordering our items, you consent that one or more packages delivered to you and to pay customs taxes when they reach your
country.
